Welcome to North Park Cooperative. Established nearly 50 years ago, North Park is a thriving community of friends, neighbors and families. Located in Detroit’s Elmwood Park neighborhood, North Park offers a quiet residential setting just a few blocks from the vibrancy of downtown Detroit, Eastern Market, the Dequindre Cut greenway and the Detroit RiverWalk, and is next to Lafayette Park.
North Park is home to 94 two-story townhouses clustered around six tree-lined courtyards. Each unit contains two or three bedrooms, an eat-in kitchen, a basement (many are finished), and a spacious living/dining area that opens up to a private backyard. In 2015, North Park completed a major exterior renovation that replaced all roofing, siding, windows, storm doors, mailboxes and sliding glass doors on the property.
